Question 1

Does this hand cream feel greasy or take a long time to absorb?

Accepted Answer

The formula is a rich, replenishing treatment designed for intensive correction. While it absorbs deeply to moisturize, some users on TikTok and Reddit note it can feel slightly tacky for a minute or two as it sinks in. For best results, we recommend applying a pea-sized amount and gently massaging it in until fully absorbed.

Question 2

Is the fragrance strong, and is there a fragrance-free version?

Accepted Answer

This cream has a distinct, fresh scent that most users find pleasant. However, reviews indicate those who are very sensitive to fragrance may find it noticeable. Currently, the Age Renew Crepe Corrector is only available in this scented formula. If you require a fragrance-free alternative for sensitive skin, you might consider consulting with a dermatologist for other options.

Question 3

How soon can I expect to see results on my crepey hands?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer reviews, many users report seeing a smoother, plumper appearance with initial use. For more significant correction of crepey texture, consistent daily use is key. Most visible improvements are typically noticed after 2-4 weeks of regular application as the skin's moisture barrier is restored.

Question 4

I've seen reviews about the pump breaking. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of our pumps function perfectly, we have seen isolated reports of clogging or mechanism failure. This can sometimes occur if product residue dries in the nozzle. To prevent this, ensure the cap is sealed tightly after each use. If you receive a bottle with a faulty pump, our customer service team is happy to help resolve the issue.

Question 5

Who is this hand cream best suited for, and who might want to look elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

This cream is ideal for adults looking to target dryness combined with the loss of firmness and crepey texture on their hands and décolletage. It's excellent for preventative care or addressing early signs of aging skin. If your primary concern is severely cracked, damaged skin or you require a completely non-greasy, fast-absorbing formula for immediate use, a concentrated ointment or a lighter lotion might be a better initial choice.
