Question 1

What are the exact dimensions of the bags, and will they fit my litter box?

Accepted Answer

Each bag measures 16.5 x 19.7 inches (42 x 50 cm). They are designed to line most standard-sized litter trays. However, based on user feedback, if you have a particularly deep or extra-large tray (over ~18 inches in length/width), you may find the fit snug. We recommend measuring your tray's interior dimensions for the best fit.

Question 2

How durable and tear-resistant are the bags compared to plastic?

Accepted Answer

Made from certified cornstarch-based material, our bags are strong for daily scooping. They are designed to hold typical litter clumps and waste. For optimal durability, we recommend avoiding sharp, jagged litter or overfilling the bag. Some Reddit users have noted that while they perform well for regular use, they may not have the same puncture resistance as thick, non-compostable plastic bags.

Question 3

What does "Home Compostable" and "NF T51-800 Compliant" actually mean for me?

Accepted Answer

The NF T51-800 certification is a rigorous French standard confirming the material will break down in a home composting environment (like a backyard bin) within a year, leaving no toxic residue. This means you can compost them at home! They require oxygen, moisture, and microbial activity to decompose, so they are not suitable for landfill. Many TikTok users appreciate this clear, certified claim over vague "biodegradable" labels.

Question 4

Can you tell me more about the 10% to charity?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We're committed to this promise. 10% of our profits from every sale is donated to a rotating selection of registered animal welfare and environmental conservation charities. Accepted Answer

We stand behind our product and are happy to help find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund based on your specific situation.
