Question 1

I have larger calves. Will this massager fit me comfortably?

Accepted Answer

The Nekteck massager is designed as a one-size-fits-most solution with adjustable wraparound sleeves. Many users with athletic or plus-size calves report a good fit. For the best assurance, we recommend measuring the circumference of your calf at its widest point. If it's under 20 inches, you should have a comfortable and effective fit. We've noticed this is a common pre-purchase question on social media, so checking your measurement can provide great peace of mind.

Question 2

Is the compression too intense or painful?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! The intensity is fully customizable. While a small number of new users on platforms like Reddit have mentioned the highest setting is very powerful, the beauty of this massager is its 3 intensity levels. We recommend everyone start at the lowest intensity (Level 1) to get accustomed to the sensation, then gradually increase. The vast majority of customers find a setting that provides deep, relieving pressure without discomfort.

Question 3

How durable is this massager with daily use?

Accepted Answer

The Nekteck Leg Massager is built for regular home use. The materials are robust, and the air chambers are designed for repeated compression cycles. For long-term care, we suggest following the included instructions—like not over-tightening the straps and allowing the unit to cool between extended sessions. It comes with a 2-year warranty for added protection, and our support team is here to help with any concerns about performance over time.

Question 4

Who is this product NOT suitable for?

Accepted Answer

While fantastic for muscle relaxation, circulation, and general leg fatigue, this massager is not a medical device. It is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe varicose veins, open wounds, or recent surgery. We always recommend consulting with your physician before use if you have any underlying health concerns. It's also not ideal for those seeking a completely silent device, as it produces a gentle pneumatic sound during operation.

Question 5

What if I have issues with the product or it doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is our priority. The product is backed by a 2-year warranty and a 30-day return policy. If you encounter any issues—whether it's a technical problem or the product simply isn't the right fit for you—please reach out to our customer support team directly via the contact information in your manual. To ensure the quickest resolution, have your order number ready. We're committed to providing a helpful and positive resolution experience.
