Question 1

Is this plush big enough to use as an actual pillow?

Accepted Answer

While it's wonderfully soft and often called a "throw pillow," most customers find it best as a decorative cushion or a plush to hug, not for sleeping on. It measures 18 inches tall, which is perfect for cuddling or display, but if you're looking for a primary bed pillow, you might want something larger.

Question 2

How soft is it, really, and will the fur stay nice?

Accepted Answer

The overwhelming feedback is that it's incredibly soft! The plush material is a major highlight. To keep it that way, we recommend gentle handling. A few owners on Reddit noted that with very rough, daily play from young children, the fur can mat over time. For longevity, occasional gentle brushing with a pet slicker brush works wonders to restore its fluffiness.

Question 3

Is this a good gift for a young child?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, it's a hugely popular gift! Its unique Pallas cat design stands out from typical teddy bears. Parents of kids over 4-5 years old report the most success. For toddlers who might be rougher or put toys in their mouths, please note it's not machine-washable (surface clean only) and has detailed embroidered features that require gentle care.

Question 4

Mine arrived flat and squished! Is this normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is completely normal! To save on shipping space and materials, the plush is vacuum-sealed. Don't worry—it's not damaged. Simply give it a good fluff and shake, and allow it 24 hours to air out and regain its full, adorable shape, just as many unboxing videos show.

Question 5

How does the quality and size compare to the pictures?

Accepted Answer

The product is true to its listed dimensions (45cm/18in) and celebrated for its realistic, grumpy-faced design. As with any mass-produced item, there can be very minor variations in stitching placement. The vast majority of customers are thrilled with the accuracy and detail.
