Question 1

Does this work for running or intense activity, or will my footage be shaky?

Accepted Answer

For slow to moderate activities like walking, fishing, or casual vlogging, this mount provides stable footage. However, many users on Reddit and TikTok have noted that during running or fast movement, some camera shake is unavoidable—the phone's weight and natural body bounce affect stability. If you're planning high-intensity sports, we recommend a dedicated action camera with optical stabilization or a full-body harness designed for impact.

Question 2

Will my iPhone fit with a case on? Will it work with iPhone 15, 16, or 17 Pro Max?

Accepted Answer

The mount fits most iPhone models from 14 through 17 Pro Max, but only with slim cases. Thicker protective cases (like OtterBox or LifeProof) or those with pop sockets may prevent a secure latch. Many users recommend removing bulky cases for the best fit. If you're unsure, measure your phone's width (case included) against the mount's 3.7-inch inner width.

Question 3

How comfortable is the chest strap for long use? Does it cause neck strain?

Accepted Answer

For sessions under an hour, most users find it comfortable. Beyond that, some report heat buildup under the straps and minor neck discomfort, especially with heavier phones. The padding is adequate but not premium. If you plan 2+ hours of continuous wear, taking short breaks helps. Feedback from anglers and hikers suggests the material breathes reasonably well in mild weather.

Question 4

Does the head strap slip or loosen during use?

Accepted Answer

A small number of users with smaller frames or narrower chests have experienced the strap gradually loosening over time. The adjustable buckles hold well for average–large chest sizes (34–50 inches), but you may need to retighten once or twice during extended use. For a more secure fit on petite frames, consider wearing it over a thin jacket or shirt.

Question 5

What's the return policy if it doesn't fit my phone or body?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. If the size or fit doesn't work for you, simply contact customer support with your order number. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item. Note that custom fees or shipping costs for international returns may apply.
