Question 1

Is 500mg (two capsules) too strong to start with? I’ve heard magnesium can cause digestive issues.

Accepted Answer

It can be for some individuals, especially if you're new to magnesium supplements. A common tip from our community is to start with one capsule (250mg) for the first few days to allow your body to adjust, then increase to the full serving if needed. This approach helps minimize potential initial side effects like loose stools. The glycinate form is chosen specifically for its gentleness on the stomach compared to others like citrate.

Question 2

I bought this mainly for better sleep. How long will it take to notice a difference?

Accepted Answer

Experiences vary, but many users report noticing improvements in sleep quality within the first week. For some, the effects—like falling asleep faster and feeling more rested—are noticeable within a few days. For others, it may take 2-3 weeks of consistent use to experience the full benefits. It's generally recommended to take it consistently for at least a month to properly evaluate its effects for you.

Question 3

The label says it contains both Magnesium Bisglycinate and Oxide. Isn't Oxide poorly absorbed?

Accepted Answer

This is a great and common question. Magnesium Bisglycinate is the primary, highly absorbable form chosen for its effectiveness and gentleness. A small amount of Magnesium Oxide is included to help us achieve the full 500mg elemental magnesium per serving in a manageable capsule size. While oxide is less bioavailable on its own, the combination in this formulation is designed to provide the intended benefits, as supported by the positive experiences of thousands of users focusing on sleep and muscle support.

Question 4

Are the capsules very large and difficult to swallow?

Accepted Answer

The capsules are a standard size for a 500mg magnesium supplement, but some users do find them sizable. If you have difficulty swallowing pills, you can open the capsule and mix the powder into a small amount of water or a smoothie. The powder has a mild, slightly chalky taste. This method also allows you to easily start with a half-dose if preferred.

Question 5

I see it's lab tested. How can I access the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my bottle?

Accepted Answer

We are committed to transparency. Our products are third-party lab tested for purity, potency, and heavy metals. You can request the most recent Certificate of Analysis (COA) for this product directly through the seller's storefront on Amazon or by contacting the brand's customer service via the contact information on the product label.
