Question 1

Will these fit my pillows? The sizing seems different.

Accepted Answer

This is a common question! Our "Standard" size is 19x29 inches, designed to be a versatile fit. It will provide a super snug, stretchy fit on pillows slightly smaller than this dimension (like many "Standard/Queen" 20x26" pillows). If your pillow is a true 19x29", you'll get a perfect fit. Many users on TikTok love the elastic for keeping the case in place, but if you prefer a taut, non-excess-material look, please measure your pillow insert first.

Question 2

How effective is the cooling, and will it help with night sweats?

Accepted Answer

The Evercool®+ fabric is designed to draw heat away from your body for a noticeably cooler feel, especially when you first lie down. Based on reviews, most users find it provides consistent, gentle cooling throughout the night. For moderate hot sleepers, it's often a game-changer. However, if you experience severe night sweats (e.g., due to menopause), some Reddit users suggest it may be part of a solution but might need to be paired with other cooling bedding for maximum effect.

Question 3

I have sensitive skin and acne. Is the silver-infused fabric safe and non-irritating?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The silver-infused fabric is designed to be hypoallergenic and inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, which is a major benefit for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Many reviewers with conditions like eczema or acne have shared that they wake up with less redness and irritation. The fabric is also OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it's tested for harmful substances. The silver infusion is bonded to the fibers and is designed to last through washes.

Question 4

How durable are they, and how do I care for them?

Accepted Answer

For longevity, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat or laying flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. While the fabric is durable, some users have noted that, like many silky-feeling synthetics, it can develop minor pilling over extended use with frequent washing. Following the care instructions helps maintain the silky texture and cooling properties for as long as possible.

Question 5

What if I buy them and they're not right for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your pillowcases, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note they should be in unworn, washable condition. We stand by the quality that has earned us a 4.5-star average from over 900 reviewers, but we want you to be confident in your purchase.
