Question 1

Is the beanie true to size? I'm worried it might be too small.

Accepted Answer

The beanie is designed as a "one-size-fits-most" stretch knit. It comfortably fits most average head sizes. However, based on social feedback, if you have a larger head circumference (over 23 inches) or very thick, voluminous hair, you may find it snug. Many happy customers love the secure fit, but if you prefer a very loose beanie, it might not be the best match.

Question 2

How well do the touchscreen gloves actually work?

Accepted Answer

The gloves feature conductive fingertips that work with most capacitive touchscreens (like smartphones and tablets). Most users find them functional for basic tasks like answering calls or scrolling. It's good to note that, as some TikTok reviewers have mentioned, sensitivity can vary slightly depending on your device's screen and the specific gesture—they're great for convenience but may not replace direct finger touch for precise typing.

Question 3

Is this set warm enough for harsh winter conditions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is the most praised feature in customer reviews. The fleece-lined knit material provides excellent insulation for everyday winter activities like commuting, walking, or running errands. It's designed for serious warmth and coziness. For extreme, sub-zero temperatures or prolonged static exposure, layering with additional thermal wear is always recommended.

Question 4

How should I care for the set to make it last?

Accepted Answer

To maintain the softness and minimize pilling (a common concern with any fleece-lined fabric), we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid machine washing, hot water, and high-heat drying, as these can accelerate wear on the delicate fleece lining and affect the touchscreen pads on the gloves.

Question 5

Who is this set the perfect gift for?

Accepted Answer

This set is a fantastic gift for just about any woman in your life during the colder months! It's especially popular for sisters, friends, moms, or coworkers. The coordinated look, practical warmth, and thoughtful packaging make it a hit. It's ideal for casual outdoor enthusiasts, commuters, or anyone who appreciates a cozy, value-packed bundle.
