Question 1

Is this cardigan truly oversized? Should I size down?

Accepted Answer

It's designed as a comfortably loose, relaxed-fit cardigan rather than an extremely oversized one. Most customers find it true to size for the intended look. If you prefer a more fitted style, sizing down could work. However, if you're seeking a dramatically oversized, "swallowed-in-fabric" silhouette, this may not be the right style. Many TikTok users love it as a perfect, everyday "throw-on-and-go" layer.

Question 2

I'm taller (5'9" or above). Will this fit me well?

Accepted Answer

This is a common consideration. While the cardigan is adored for its softness, some taller reviewers have noted the sleeves and torso length can run short, resulting in a boxier look than the long, drapey fit they wanted. If you have a longer torso or arms, you might want to check the specific length measurements or explore styles marketed as "longline" or "tall."

Question 3

How does the material hold up? Does it pill easily?

Accepted Answer

The fabric is celebrated for being incredibly soft and cozy from the first wear. Like many soft knits, some pilling can occur over time, typically in high-friction areas like under the arms. To maintain its look, we recommend washing it on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, laying it flat to dry, and using a fabric shaver if needed. With proper care, it remains a durable staple for seasons.

Question 4

Are the colors accurate to the website photos?

Accepted Answer

We strive for accurate color representation, but screen settings can vary. The neutral tones (like oatmeal, taupe, and grey) are occasionally reported as being slightly more muted or having a different undertone in person. If color precision is crucial for your wardrobe, checking the customer review photos for real-life examples is a great tip many shoppers use.

Question 5

Who is this cardigan best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's a fantastic match for anyone prioritizing comfort, softness, and versatile style. It's a hit with students, remote workers, and busy parents for its easy, cozy vibe. It works beautifully as a light outerwear piece for crisp fall/spring days or a warm layer indoors. If you love a relaxed, low-maintenance sweater that feels like a hug, you'll likely adore it.
