Question 1

Is this headset truly comfortable for long gaming sessions and for people who wear glasses?

Accepted Answer

Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback, most users find the Stealth 600 exceptionally comfortable for long periods thanks to its lightweight design and plush memory foam ear cushions. However, a common note from social media reviews is that users with particularly large heads or wide glasses frames may find the clamping force a bit tight after several hours. If you fall into that category, you might want to consider headsets with a more adjustable or looser fit.

Question 2

How is the build quality and durability? I've seen mixed comments online.

Accepted Answer

The headset receives high marks for its features and performance, but durability is a point of discussion. Many users report years of trouble-free use, while a vocal minority on forums have experienced issues with plastic components near the hinges after extensive, daily use. It's built to be light and comfortable, which some equate with feeling less rugged than heavier, all-metal headsets. For typical use, it holds up well, but if you're very rough on your gear, you might want to explore alternatives known for a more robust construction.

Question 3

The product says "Multiplatform" – what devices is it actually compatible with?

Accepted Answer

Great question, as this can be confusing! The Stealth 600 Gen 2 is optimized for PlayStation and PC. It connects to your PS5, PS4, or PC via the included USB-A wireless transmitter. It *also* has Bluetooth, so you can connect it to your mobile phone or Nintendo Switch (in handheld mode) simultaneously. Please note: it is not compatible with Xbox consoles. For Xbox, you would need the specific "Stealth 600 for Xbox" model.

Question 4

Does the microphone effectively cancel out background noise like keyboard clicks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the flip-to-mute microphone is one of its most praised features. It uses noise-cancelling technology that does an excellent job of isolating your voice from consistent background noises like keyboard typing, fan hum, or mild room ambiance. Teammates in your chat will generally hear you clearly without the common distractions, making it a great choice for shared living spaces or busy environments.

Question 5

What's the real-world battery life, and is it suitable for a gamer who also uses it for music and calls?

Accepted Answer

The advertised 80-hour battery life is often confirmed by users, even with mixed usage. In practice, this means you can easily get through a full week of moderate gaming (2-3 hours per day) without needing a charge. Even when using Bluetooth for music or calls concurrently with the dongle for game audio, the battery is remarkably long-lasting. This makes it an excellent all-in-one headset for gamers who also use it for daily media consumption.
