Question 1

Are the letters printed clearly, and will they rub off over time?

Accepted Answer

Most users find the letters clear and vibrant, perfect for bracelets and keychains. However, as noted in some reviews, a small percentage of beads in each batch may have faint or slightly imperfect stamps. The lettering is stamped into the bead and is generally durable for casual wear, but like most craft beads, it's not designed for heavy, daily abrasion.

Question 2

What is the actual size of the beads, and will they fit standard elastic cord?

Accepted Answer

The beads are 4mm wide and 7mm tall (4x7mm). They are designed to fit standard jewelry-making strings and the included cord. A common tip from crafters on TikTok is to use a beading needle or a dab of glue on the thread end if you encounter the occasional bead with a tighter hole.

Question 3

How are the beads packaged, and will I need to sort them?

Accepted Answer

The 1500 beads arrive completely mixed in a bag. As many YouTube crafters highlight, planning for a sorting session is part of the process. We recommend having small containers or a bead organizer ready. This mixed format is what allows for the high quantity and great value.

Question 4

Is this a good gift or activity for children?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! These are a hit with kids and teens for making friendship bracelets. They are an excellent, affordable craft activity. For younger children, adult supervision is recommended due to the small parts, which are a choking hazard.

Question 5

What's the best use for these beads, and who might want to look for a different product?

Accepted Answer

These beads offer fantastic value for hobbyists, beginners, and anyone making casual crafts like friendship jewelry. If you're looking for perfectly uniform beads for a professional-grade project or want to avoid sorting altogether, you might prefer a pre-sorted kit from a specialty brand. For most crafters wanting a colorful, versatile stash, this set is a beloved choice.
