Question 1

I have a smaller face. Will these glasses fit snugly without light leaking in?

Accepted Answer

While many users find the fit excellent, a common note from our community is that individuals with particularly petite or narrow faces may experience some light leakage around the temples. For a completely secure seal on a very small head, you might want to consider if child-sized safety goggles would be a better fit. We recommend checking the product dimensions against your current eyewear.

Question 2

Can I still see my timer or move around the room while wearing these?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! A major benefit users on TikTok and Reddit highlight is that the dark red lenses block the harmful 200-2000nm wavelengths from your therapy device while maintaining visibility. You'll see your surroundings in a red hue, allowing you to check the time, use your phone, or walk safely—unlike pitch-black goggles that leave you blindfolded.

Question 3

How durable are the lenses? I've read some concerns about scratching.

Accepted Answer

The lenses are designed for effective protection, but like any optical product, they require careful handling. Some reviews mention they can be prone to micro-scratches if cleaned aggressively. Always use the included soft microfiber cloth and avoid any pressure. Storing them in their protective pouch when not in use will greatly extend their life.

Question 4

Are these glasses comfortable for longer sessions, say 20-30 minutes?

Accepted Answer

Most users report they are lightweight and comfortable for standard session lengths. However, for extended sessions beyond 20 minutes, a few dedicated users have noted the foam padding can create mild pressure points. If you regularly do very long sessions, you may want to take a brief mid-session break to adjust them for optimal comfort.

Question 5

My red light panel came with basic goggles. Why should I upgrade to these?

Accepted Answer

The primary upgrade is in coverage and protection. As noted in many customer reviews, these glasses are praised for fully shielding your entire eye socket and the delicate surrounding skin, whereas cheaper goggles often have gaps. They are also designed to be more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing for regular home use, making your therapy routine a better experience.
