Question 1

Is this chair suitable for tall people (over 6 feet)?

Accepted Answer

Many Reddit users mention the chair works best for people under 6 feet tall—the backrest is on the shorter side, and the lumbar pillow tends to sit too high. If you’re 6’2” or taller, several TikTok reviewers recommend looking at extended-height options from Hbada or Sihoo for better back support.

Question 2

How durable is the seat cushion over time?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, the foam cushion holds up well for the first few months but may start flattening after 3–6 months of daily use. If you sit for long shifts or weigh over 200 lbs, some buyers suggest adding a memory foam topper. The chair is still a solid budget choice for lighter or less frequent use.

Question 3

Is assembly really as difficult as people say?

Accepted Answer

Some buyers found the instructions a bit vague, with a few reporting missing screws. However, most people say it takes about 30–45 minutes with basic tools. A tip from a YouTube assembly guide: check all parts are included before starting, and use the included Allen key carefully to avoid stripping bolts.

Question 4

Can I return it if the chair doesn’t work for my back pain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the chair comes with a standard 30-day return window, though you’ll typically cover return shipping. A few users on Reddit noted the lumbar pillow is too thin for real support, so if back relief is your main goal, consider testing it quickly after unboxing. Many buyers keep the chair as a secondary or guest setup.

Question 5

How does the quality compare to more expensive gaming chairs?

Accepted Answer

For the price, this chair is a strong value—it’s quieter on carpets and looks cleaner than many budget options. That said, it won’t match the build of premium chairs like Secretlab or Steelcase. Think of it as a great starter or spare chair, especially if you’re under 180 lbs and don’t need heavy-duty ergonomics.
