Question 1

Is this pillow good for side sleepers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The manufacturer states the curved shape fits closer to your shoulder while adjustable fill lets you set the height, and reviewers who sleep on their side report it cradles and supports them well.

Question 2

Can I adjust how firm or thick the pillow is?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It arrives medium-firm and full, and you can unzip the outer cover and inner liner to add or remove shredded fill to make it softer/lower or firmer/higher.

Question 3

Does this pillow help with neck and shoulder pain?

Accepted Answer

Many reviewers report reduced or eliminated neck and shoulder pain after switching, with some noting improvement within a few nights to a week.

Question 4

Does the pillow sleep hot or have a smell when opened?

Accepted Answer

The shredded fill allows more airflow than solid foam, but it is not an active cooling pillow, and a fresh foam scent may occur, so the manufacturer recommends unpacking, fluffing, and airing it out before use.

Question 5

How do I clean and maintain the pillow?

Accepted Answer

The plush outer cover removes in seconds and is machine washable and fast-drying, and the manufacturer recommends fluffing daily and placing the pillow in the dryer on low heat once every two weeks to distribute the filling evenly.
