Question 1

I’ve heard some people experience bloating or fatigue when they first start. Is this normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, some users on forums like Reddit report initial adjustments like mild bloating or tiredness. This is often temporary and may be related to your gut biome adapting to the potent blend of probiotics and enzymes. We recommend starting with one capsule per day with your largest meal for the first 3-5 days to allow your body to adjust comfortably.

Question 2

How long should I take this before expecting to notice a difference in my digestion?

Accepted Answer

Experiences vary, but many customers report noticing reduced bloating within 1-2 weeks. For more systemic benefits like improved nutrient absorption and energy, a consistent trial of 3-4 weeks is generally recommended to fully assess the product's effects on your gut health.

Question 3

Are these capsules suitable for someone with a sensitive stomach or histamine intolerance?

Accepted Answer

While our formula is allergen-free and non-GMO, the inclusion of grass-fed beef organs may not be suitable for those with specific histamine sensitivities or MCAS. If you have severe sensitivities, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider. For general sensitivity, the "start low and go slow" approach mentioned in Q1 is best.

Question 4

The capsules seem large. What if I have trouble swallowing them?

Accepted Answer

You're not alone in that feedback! The capsules are sizeable to hold our comprehensive blend. If swallowing is difficult, you can carefully open the capsule and mix the powdered contents into a small amount of water or a smoothie. Please note this will result in a strong, earthy taste characteristic of pure beef organs.

Question 5

This is an investment. How does it compare to taking separate enzyme and probiotic supplements?

Accepted Answer

Great question. The main advantage is convenience and synergistic support. This formula is designed to offer broad-spectrum digestive enzyme support *alongside* probiotics and the nutrient density of grass-fed organs, which many enthusiasts on social media praise as an "all-in-one" gut health solution. If your needs are very specific or budget is a primary concern, a targeted single-ingredient supplement might be a starting point. We stand by the quality and comprehensive nature of our blend for overall digestive and nutrient absorption support.
