Question 1

Is this product suitable for use on the face, or should I limit it to hands and body?

Accepted Answer

Many customers use it on the face for very dry or sensitive skin, but because it’s a thick balm, start with a small amount and patch-test first. If you’re acne-prone, apply sparingly and monitor how your skin reacts.

Question 2

Is the balm fragrance-free, or does the honey add any scent?

Accepted Answer

It’s described as unscented—great for sensitive skin. Some users note a natural, light honey feel, but there’s no artificial fragrance added.

Question 3

How long will a 4.3 oz jar last with daily use?

Accepted Answer

It depends how much you apply. A pea-sized amount for the face or patches on dry areas lasts longer; overall, most users report several weeks to a couple of months with regular use.

Question 4

Will this clog pores or cause breakouts for oily or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

It’s an occlusive balm, so use a small amount and patch-test if you have oily or acne-prone skin. Many with sensitive dryness see benefits, but start conservatively to gauge your skin’s response.

Question 5

What is the return policy if I’m not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

We offer a typical risk-free return window (check the current policy at checkout). If you’re not satisfied, contact support within the window for guidance on a refund or exchange.
