Question 1

Will this arm fit my monitor (size, weight, and VESA)?

Accepted Answer

It supports 17–32 inch monitors up to 22 lbs and uses standard VESA patterns (75x75 or 100x100). If your monitor is near the 22 lb limit or outside 32 inches, please double-check weight and VESA compatibility to ensure proper balance.

Question 2

Is the base truly freestanding, and will it stay steady on my desk?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it’s designed as a freestanding desk stand. It works well on solid desks, but on very thin, glass, or extremely soft desks you may notice slight wobble when fully extended. In such cases, a clamp or a heavier base might be preferable.

Question 3

How easy is it to install and adjust the height/tilt/reach?

Accepted Answer

Installation is straightforward for most desks. The gas spring offers wide range of height and reach, and adjustments feel smooth once you dial in the tension. Some users report the initial setup is smoother after a quick tension tweak.

Question 4

What about durability and warranty if the gas spring starts to sag?

Accepted Answer

The arm is built for daily use and provides durable height/tilt adjustments. If you experience issues, check the warranty policy and contact support; some buyers have reported slower-than-ideal support responses, so having documentation handy helps.

Question 5

Is it a good value, and who should buy it?

Accepted Answer

For budget-conscious buyers needing a single-monitor, freestanding arm with easy positioning, it’s solid value. If you require heavier monitors, maximum stability, or premium long-term durability, you may want to compare higher-load or clamp-based models. Many users on social media note it’s a great entry-level option, with some caveats about long-term wear at the weight limit.
