Question 1

Should I take my pet to the vet before using these drops, or can they replace a vet visit?

Accepted Answer

These drops are designed as an effective, cost-saving solution for mild to moderate ear issues, particularly yeast infections with itching and wax buildup. Many grateful pet owners have successfully used them to clear up familiar, recurring problems. However, if this is your pet's *first* ear infection, the symptoms are severe (redness, swelling, foul odor), or you suspect ear mites or a bacterial infection, we strongly recommend a vet diagnosis first. A common sentiment in reviews is that these drops work best for known, routine issues.

Question 2

My pet has a history of yeast infections. Will this work for chronic issues and how long should I use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is one of the most praised uses in customer feedback. Many users with pets prone to recurring yeast infections report excellent results, using the drops at the first sign of flare-ups (itching, brown discharge) and as part of a regular weekly cleaning routine for maintenance. For an active infection, a full course of treatment (typically 7-14 days as directed) is recommended. The 1% hydrocortisone provides fast itch relief, which helps break the scratch-infection cycle.

Question 3

Are these drops safe and effective for cats as well as dogs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The formula is specifically designed for use on both dogs and cats, which is a major benefit noted by multi-pet households. It is safe for use in feline ears when applied as directed. However, as with any new product, observe your cat after the first application. A small number of sensitive pets (both cats and dogs) may experience a brief stinging sensation.

Question 4

The product title mentions ear mites treatment. How effective is it for mites?

Accepted Answer

While the formulation can help clean the ear and soothe irritation caused by mites, it is not a dedicated parasiticide. Several social media discussions and reviews indicate that for a confirmed ear mite infestation, a prescription-strength miticide from your veterinarian is typically required for complete eradication. This product is most effective against yeast/fungal infections and general ear cleaning.

Question 5

What if the drops don't work for my pet or cause a reaction?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and want you and your pet to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact the seller or retailer directly regarding their return or refund policy. Based on user insights, pets with very deep or advanced infections may require veterinary-prescribed antibiotics. If your pet shows signs of increased pain, redness, or swelling after use, discontinue application immediately and consult your veterinarian.
