Question 1

How realistic is the advertised "Max 25 Hours" of battery life?

Accepted Answer

The 25-hour runtime is achieved under ideal conditions: using the lowest fan speed in a cool environment. Based on extensive user feedback, a more practical expectation is 4-8 hours on the medium-to-high speeds most people use daily. On the maximum Turbo setting, which is very powerful, you can expect around 4-5 hours. Many TikTok and Reddit reviewers confirm it lasts a full day of intermittent use or a long outdoor event easily.

Question 2

Is the power bank function good for quickly charging a phone?

Accepted Answer

The 18W power bank is best thought of as a reliable emergency feature, not a fast-charging solution. It will charge most smartphones, but at a standard speed, making it perfect for a crucial top-up when you're out. If your primary need is rapid phone charging, a dedicated fast-charging power bank would be more suitable. For its intended use as a backup, our customers find it incredibly handy.

Question 3

The product has a metal shell. Does it get hot or is it too heavy to carry?

Accepted Answer

The anodized aluminum shell does a great job dissipating heat and doesn't get uncomfortably hot during normal use. The metal construction is the main reason for its premium, durable feel—and its weight. At just over 1 lb, it's sturdier and has more heft than plastic fans. Most travelers and commuters appreciate the solid build, but if your top priority is the absolute lightest fan possible, you might notice the difference.

Question 4

Who is this fan most suitable for, and who might it not be the best fit for?

Accepted Answer

This fan is a fantastic all-in-one solution for travelers, commuters, campers, and sports fans who value versatility (fan + emergency light + emergency charger). It's also a hit as a high-quality gift. It might not be the ideal choice if you *only* want a hyper-lightweight fan for running, need a primary fast-charging power bank, or require a very bright flashlight for nighttime outdoor activities.

Question 5

What is the build quality like, and how is customer support?

Accepted Answer

The build quality is consistently highlighted as a major strength. The metal shell feels robust and well-made, standing up well to being tossed in a bag. JISULIFE offers a standard 12-month warranty on the product. While issues are rare, if you do have a problem, we recommend contacting the seller directly through your Amazon purchase page or the official JISULIFE channels for the most efficient service.
