Question 1

Are these suitable for someone with severe hearing loss, or are they more like amplified earbuds?

Accepted Answer

These are best classified as Personal Sound Amplification Products (PSAPs). They are excellent for mild to moderate, age-related hearing loss—great for making conversations, TV, and everyday sounds clearer and louder. However, as noted in some online reviews, individuals with severe or profound hearing loss or specific frequency deficiencies may find them insufficient and should consult an audiologist for a medically prescribed hearing aid.

Question 2

I have smaller ears. Will these stay in comfortably?

Accepted Answer

Comfort is highly individual. The earbuds come with multiple silicone tip sizes. Many users find a perfect fit, but a common point of feedback is that those with particularly small ear canals can sometimes struggle. If you've had issues with standard earbuds falling out, please be mindful. The secure fit is crucial for both comfort and effective noise cancellation.

Question 3

What is the real-world battery life, and how durable are they?

Accepted Answer

On a full charge, you can expect approximately 12-16 hours of use, with the handy LED display helping you track power. Regarding durability, while most users report them holding up well with daily use, we recommend handling them with care like any precision electronic device. The product includes a standard warranty against manufacturing defects, which covers issues like failure to charge or power on.

Question 4

How reliable is the Bluetooth connection, and is there audio lag for videos?

Accepted Answer

The Bluetooth 5.0 connection is stable for most users when streaming music or taking calls. However, as with many wireless devices, interference can occasionally occur. A slight audio latency (delay) may be noticeable when watching videos on some platforms, which is a common trait with Bluetooth audio devices not using a specific low-latency codec.

Question 5

If you experience a technical issue, our customer support team is here to help troubleshoot or process a warranty claim.
