Question 1

How long is the power cord, and can it reach across a room without moving the plug?

Accepted Answer

The listing states a 23FT power cord, and one reviewer confirmed they could do the whole house floors in about 10-15 minutes while only moving the plug once. Another reviewer specifically noted the cord is 20+ feet long rather than the 5 ft found on many other steamers.

Question 2

Does the water tank hold enough for a full cleaning session?

Accepted Answer

The listing says the 500ml tank delivers up to 30 minutes of continuous steam, and a reviewer said one tank is enough unless the mess is heavy.

Question 3

Is the water tank durable, or does it break easily?

Accepted Answer

Multiple reviewers reported the water tank is fragile and cracked or shattered after tipping over or a short drop, with one noting it broke before first use and another saying replacement tank cost nearly equaled the whole kit. One reviewer, however, said the unit is not fragile if the reservoir is inserted gently and seated correctly.

Question 4

Does the steam mop leak or overheat during use?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer reported that after initially liking the mop, it began leaking hot water and became too hot to hold, and said the company's troubleshooting suggestion was to wear a glove while mopping.

Question 5

How well does it clean floors, and does it leave streaks?

Accepted Answer

A reviewer said it gets laminate and linoleum floors squeaky clean without streaks in a jiffy, and another said the steam mop works great and is easy to use.
