Question 1

Should I size up in this heated vest?

Accepted Answer

Many reviewers recommend sizing up, especially if you plan to wear layers underneath or prefer a less fitted look. The vest is designed for a close-to-body fit to maximize heat transfer. We suggest checking our detailed size chart and considering going one size larger than your usual for a comfortable, layered fit.

Question 2

How long does the battery actually last, and how slow is the charger?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive user feedback, the battery reliably lasts 8-10 hours on the low setting and 3-5 hours on high. The included charger is standard (not fast-charge), so a full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours. A common tip from TikTok users is to use a compatible USB-C fast charger you may already own to reduce charging time significantly.

Question 3

Is the vest warm enough on its own, or just for layering?

Accepted Answer

It's excellent for both! The soft, fleece-like lining provides good baseline insulation. When you activate the heating zones, it becomes very toasty on its own for moderate cold. For extreme temperatures or wind, most users (including outdoor commuters and sports parents) love it as a supremely warm mid-layer under a coat, offering targeted heat without bulk.

Question 4

What is the build quality like, and how is customer support?

Accepted Answer

The majority of users report the vest is well-made and durable for regular seasonal use. A small number have mentioned the zipper can be delicate, so we advise handling it with care. Our support team is committed to helping with any defects. For the fastest service, please contact us directly through your order platform with your details ready.

Question 5

Can I use my own power bank with this vest?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! The vest connects via a standard USB port. The included battery pack is optimized for balance and runtime, but as many Reddit users have confirmed, you can use any reliable external power bank (found in pockets or clipped on) for extended adventures or as a backup. Just ensure it's a quality brand for safety.
