Question 1

How does the sizing work? Should I order my usual size?

Accepted Answer

This hoodie is designed with an intentionally oversized, baggy fit. Based on numerous customer reviews, if you want a *true* oversized look, sticking to your regular size is recommended. If you prefer a more fitted (but still relaxed) oversized feel, consider sizing down one. Checking the specific size chart in the product images is the best way to decide.

Question 2

Is the material comfortable, and how does it hold up after washing?

Accepted Answer

The hoodie is praised for being soft, thick, and incredibly cozy, especially the plush fur-lined hood. For care, we recommend washing it inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying it flat. This helps maintain the softness and significantly reduces pilling, which some users have reported with harsh washing methods.

Question 3

I've seen comments about zipper issues. Is this a common problem?

Accepted Answer

While many customers have no issues, some have reported the zipper can feel delicate. To ensure longevity, we advise being gentle when zipping and unzipping, especially over the fabric near the chin. Question 4

Who is this hoodie best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This hoodie is a hit for anyone looking to nail the Y2K, grunge, or emo aesthetic without breaking the bank. It's incredibly popular for its style and initial comfort. It's perfect for layering, casual wear, and making a statement. If you're looking for a heavy-duty, decade-lasting garment, you might want to explore higher-end alternative brands.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the fit or style isn't what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love your hoodie! We offer a standard return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Please note that as many items ship directly from our regional warehouses, return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility. Always double-check the sizing chart and product descriptions to ensure it matches the look you're going for.
