Question 1

How long does it take to see results, and what can I realistically expect?

Accepted Answer

Most dogs show improvement within 3-6 weeks of consistent, daily use. Many of our customers report a noticeable reduction in itching, licking, and shedding in this timeframe. It's important to note that these chews are a wellness supplement designed for long-term support for skin and immune health, not an instant pharmaceutical cure. For severe or persistent cases, we always recommend consulting your veterinarian.

Question 2

My dog is picky—will he actually eat these?

Accepted Answer

The chews are chicken-flavored and generally very palatable! In our experience, the vast majority of dogs enjoy them as a treat. However, as some pet parents on social media have noted, a small percentage of picky eaters may be hesitant. If your dog is fussy, you can try offering one as a standalone treat first or crumbling it over their regular food.

Question 3

Are these suitable for dogs with sensitive stomachs or other health issues?

Accepted Answer

These chews are formulated with natural ingredients and probiotics, which can actually support digestive health. However, every dog is unique. We advise starting with a single chew to monitor your dog's reaction, especially if they have a known sensitive stomach or are on medication. When in doubt, it's always best to check with your vet before introducing any new supplement.

Question 4

What happens if they don't work for my dog? Is there a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and want you to be completely satisfied. While many dogs experience great relief, we understand that no single solution works for every pet. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our customer support team directly if you don't see the benefits you hoped for, and we'll be happy to work with you on a solution.

Question 5

What's the main difference between these and a prescription allergy medication?

Accepted Answer

These chews are an over-the-counter, daily wellness supplement. They use a blend of probiotics, vitamins, and fatty acids to support your dog's skin barrier and immune response from the inside out over time. Prescription medications like Apoquel or Cytopoint often target specific itch pathways for faster, more potent relief, which may be necessary for severe cases. Many owners use our chews for ongoing maintenance or for mild seasonal issues, while others find prescription options better for acute flare-ups. Your veterinarian can help you decide the best approach for your dog's specific needs.
