Question 1

I have small ears and earbuds often fall out during workouts. Will these stay secure?

Accepted Answer

Many users with similar concerns find a secure fit by experimenting with the included silicone ear tips (S, M, L). The ergonomic design is praised by most runners and gym-goers for staying put. However, a small number of TikTok reviewers with very specific ear shapes noted they needed aftermarket memory foam tips for a perfect, all-day seal. We recommend testing them during your return window to ensure comfort.

Question 2

Is the "noise canceling" feature active (ANC) or passive?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. The noise canceling is primarily passive, achieved through the snug seal of the ear tips which effectively blocks out ambient noise like gym chatter or wind. It is not Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) which uses microphones to electronically counteract sound. Many Reddit users confirm they are great for focusing on your workout playlist, but don't expect them to completely silence an airplane cabin.

Question 3

How accurate is the LED power display, and what's the real-world battery life?

Accepted Answer

The LED display on the charging case is a beloved feature for its convenience, giving a clear 4-level battery indicator. The advertised "80Hrs" is the total playtime including multiple full charges from the case at moderate volume (around 50%). On a single charge, you can expect approximately 8-9 hours of playback per earbud, which is still exceptional. As some YouTube reviewers noted, the case's display is best for estimating overall remaining power rather than a precise percentage.

Question 4

Are these truly waterproof for heavy sweating and running in the rain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with an IPX7 rating, these earbuds are certified to withstand immersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. They are more than capable of handling intense sweat, rain, or even an accidental drop in a puddle. The vast majority of over 2000 customer reviews highlight their reliability during workouts. For long-term durability, we recommend gently drying the earbuds and charging case after exposure to moisture.

Question 5

What if they don't fit well or I'm not satisfied with the sound quality?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If the fit isn't right for you or the sound profile doesn't meet your expectations, you can return them for a full refund. Based on social listening, the most common reason for return is fit, which is highly personal, so we encourage buyers to try them out risk-free. Our support team is also ready to assist with any connectivity or performance questions.
