Question 1

How long does it take to see actual results, and what should I realistically expect?

Accepted Answer

Most users report noticing a visible lightening of discoloration within 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use. However, for the nail to grow out healthy and clear, a full treatment cycle typically takes 3-6 months, as toenails grow slowly. It's a gradual process, not an overnight fix. Patience and daily application are key, as many satisfied reviewers on social media emphasize.

Question 2

Is this pen suitable for my specific condition? What if my nails are very thick or painful?

Accepted Answer

This treatment is most effective for mild to moderate surface-level discoloration, brittleness, and early signs of fungus. If your nail is severely thickened, fully separated from the nail bed, or causing pain, it's likely an advanced infection. In such cases, many online consumer discussions advise consulting a healthcare professional, as stronger prescription options may be needed. This pen is ideal for maintenance and early intervention.

Question 3

Can I use this on my fingernails, and is it safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the formula is suitable for both fingernails and toenails. For sensitive skin, we recommend applying a small test amount first. The pen allows for precise application to avoid surrounding skin, which many TikTok users find helpful. If you have conditions like diabetes or circulatory issues, please consult your doctor before using any new treatment.

Question 4

What's the best way to apply it, and how do I maintain the pen?

Accepted Answer

For best results, clean and dry the nail, then gently file the surface to improve absorption. Apply a thin layer once daily. To prevent the tip from clogging—a minor gripe some users have—always store the pen upright and wipe the tip with a tissue before recapping. The 4-pack provides a continuous supply for a complete treatment cycle.

Question 5

What happens if I don't see the improvement I hoped for? Is there a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you use it consistently as directed for a reasonable period (typically 60-90 days) and are not satisfied with the progress, please contact our customer support team via your order details. We're here to help. Remember, individual results vary based on the severity of the condition and adherence to the routine.
