Question 1

Is this pillow too firm? I'm worried it won't be comfortable.

Accepted Answer

The Wattne pillow is designed for therapeutic support, which many users describe as firm. If you prefer a soft, plush "sinking-in" feel, this may not be for you. However, numerous reviews from side sleepers with shoulder pain highlight that this firmness is precisely what provides relief by keeping the spine aligned and preventing arm numbness. There's typically a 3-7 night adjustment period as your body gets used to the new sleeping position.

Question 2

I have broad shoulders. Will the arm holes fit me comfortably?

Accepted Answer

This is a common concern. Some users with broader frames have mentioned the arm holes can feel a bit close together, causing a cramped feeling. The pillow is ergonomically designed for an average build. If your shoulder width is significantly above average, you might find the positioning awkward. Checking the detailed dimensions on the product page is the best way to gauge fit for your body type.

Question 3

Does the memory foam sleep hot, and are the pillowcases easy to wash?

Accepted Answer

The standard memory foam core can retain some heat. If you're a warm sleeper, using breathable sheets and a cooler room temperature is recommended. On a positive note, the included 2-piece pillowcase set is removable and machine washable, making upkeep easy. Just remember to air dry the foam core—never put it in the washer or dryer.

Question 4

Who is this pillow NOT suitable for?

Accepted Answer

Based on user feedback, this pillow is generally not ideal for back or stomach sleepers, or for side sleepers who strongly prefer a very soft pillow. It's also less suitable for those unwilling to go through a short adjustment period to learn how to position themselves with the arm holes. It's a specialized tool best for those specifically seeking relief from side-sleeping pains like shoulder compression or hip misalignment.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the pillow doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our product with a satisfaction guarantee. Please check the specific return window and policy details at the time of purchase on the product listing, as they can be updated. We encourage giving it a fair trial of at least a week to adjust, but if you find it's not relieving your discomfort, you can initiate a return through your order page. Many TikTok users recommended taking advantage of this trial period to see if it works for your unique needs.
