Question 1

Do these booties run true to size, or should I size up?

Accepted Answer

They can run a bit small or snug for some kids. Measure your child’s foot and compare to the size chart, and if you’re between sizes, many parents recommend choosing half a size up for wiggle room. Many TikTok users mentioned this tip when shopping for soft-soled baby shoes.

Question 2

Are they comfortable for first walkers and breathable?

Accepted Answer

Yes—soft, flexible leather plus a slip-on design makes them comfortable for early steps and easy on little feet. Just note that the leather can stiffen a bit when wet, so dry them promptly and avoid prolonged moisture.

Question 3

How durable are they, and how can I extend wear?

Accepted Answer

They’re great for short-term use and daily indoor wear, but toe wear can occur after several weeks and the leather may lose some flexibility with heavy use or moisture. To extend wear, clean with a damp cloth, air-dry away from heat, and consider a leather conditioner sparingly.

Question 4

How should I clean and care for them, and what about returns?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry; avoid machine washing. If needed, apply a light leather conditioner after drying. Returns policies vary by seller, but many offer a 30-day window for exchanges or refunds if not satisfied—check the listing and contact support if needed.

Question 5

Who are these best for, and how do they compare to alternatives?

Accepted Answer

They’re ideal for boys and girls starting to walk who want a gentle, breathable, slip-on option. If you need more durability, a reinforced toe, thicker sole, or water-resistant finish may be worth considering. For wet climates or rough surfaces, some parents opt for alternatives with tougher construction or different bottoms.
