Question 1

Is this smartwatch compatible with iPhone and Android, and can it sync with Apple Health or Google Fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes—it's designed for both iPhone and Android. The companion app can sync data to Apple Health or Google Fit where supported, though some features may vary by platform. Many users on social channels confirm broad compatibility with occasional syncing quirks.

Question 2

How long does the battery last, and how long does charging take with typical use?

Accepted Answer

Real-world use varies, but most people report daily to every-other-day wear with notifications and Alexa active. Charging time is typically quick, and many users recharge overnight.

Question 3

Is it safe to wear for swimming or showering, and how waterproof is it?

Accepted Answer

It has an IP68 rating, so it handles rain, sweat, and showering well and can handle brief immersion. It isn’t intended for deep-water swimming or diving, so avoid extended submersion.

Question 4

How does Alexa work on the watch, and can I answer calls from my wrist?

Accepted Answer

Alexa runs on the watch with internet access; you can use voice commands and get quick answers. You can also receive notifications and answer calls via Bluetooth from your phone, though some features require the phone to be nearby or connected.

Question 5

Is the band comfortable and are there size options or replacements available?

Accepted Answer

The strap is adjustable and designed for daily wear. Many users find it comfortable, though some with very small wrists or long wear sessions may prefer alternative bands. Replacement bands are commonly available if you want a different look or fit.
