Question 1

Will this laptop run modern games smoothly on high settings, and how hot does it get?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it delivers strong performance thanks to the Ryzen 7 8745HS and Radeon 780M, but some titles may require medium-to-high settings to keep temps in check. Expect fans to ramp up under heavy load.

Question 2

Is the RAM or storage upgradable after purchase?

Accepted Answer

It comes with 32GB DDR5 and 1TB SSD. Availability of additional RAM slots and upgrade paths depends on the exact model; please check the official spec or ask the retailer about upgrade options.

Question 3

What is the warranty and return policy?

Accepted Answer

Warranty and return terms vary by retailer and region. Check the retailer’s policy at purchase for details on duration, coverage, and the RMA process.

Question 4

How loud are the fans and how effective is the cooling?

Accepted Answer

The cooling system works well for sustained gaming, but fans can be noticeable and louder under load. You can often switch to quieter modes, at a possible trade-off in cooling performance.

Question 5

Can I charge via USB-C when I’m away from power?

Accepted Answer

The notebook supports USB-C charging up to about 100W, but for sustained gaming you’ll still want to use the included charger to ensure consistent performance.
