Question 1

I move between my side and back at night. Is this pillow suitable for combination sleepers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's designed to support both positions. Most combination sleepers find it works well by using the higher contour curve for side sleeping and the lower curve when they roll onto their back. The ergonomic shape is meant to cradle your neck in either alignment. A common tip from Reddit users is to give yourself a week to adjust to the feel when switching positions during the night.

Question 2

How firm is it, and is there an adjustment period?

Accepted Answer

The memory foam is medium-firm to provide proper orthopedic support. It's common to need a 3-7 night adjustment period as your neck and muscles get used to the correct alignment. Many reviews mention it feels "firm at first" but becomes perfectly comfortable after this break-in phase. If you're transitioning from a very soft, flat pillow, this period may be more noticeable.

Question 3

I'm a hot sleeper. How effective and long-lasting is the cooling feature?

Accepted Answer

The pillow features a breathable, cool-touch cover that provides initial heat dissipation and improved airflow over standard pillows. It's important to note that users often describe the cooling as a "comfortable, non-heating" experience rather than an active chilling effect. For extreme hot sleepers, some YouTube reviewers recommend pairing it with cooling bed sheets for best results.

Question 4

What is your return policy if it doesn't relieve my neck pain?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free trial period (typically 30 nights) because we understand it takes time to adjust to an orthopedic pillow. We encourage you to use it for at least 2 weeks before deciding. If you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return for a full refund. Please check the product listing for the exact trial duration and terms at the time of your purchase.

Question 5

How do I choose the right size and ensure it will fit me?

Accepted Answer

The key measurement is from the side of your neck to the point of your shoulder. Most average-to-broad-shouldered adults find the standard size perfect. However, based on social listening, petite side sleepers (often under 5'4") sometimes find the contour too high. If you have a particularly narrow frame, you might want to compare your shoulder measurement to the pillow's height dimensions listed in the gallery images. The pillow is designed for adults; it is generally not recommended for children.
