Question 1

How quickly will I see results for skin or eye health, and is this “triple strength” actually more effective than 6mg supplements?

Accepted Answer

Most users report subtle improvements in skin hydration and reduced dry eyes after 2–3 months of consistent use, not days or weeks. The 12mg “triple strength” delivers a higher dose per softgel, which may help you reach effective levels faster, but individual results vary. For eye comfort, many TikTok users noted the biggest changes around week 8. If you’re expecting dramatic cosmetic shifts, lower expectations—this works best as a gradual, daily support supplement.

Question 2

Are the softgels large or hard to swallow? Do they cause fishy burps?

Accepted Answer

The softgels are slightly larger than standard multivitamins but still manageable for most people. A handful of reviewers mentioned they felt big at first but adapted. Unlike fish oil, this is algae-based astaxanthin, so it shouldn’t cause strong fishy burps. That said, some users report a mild aftertaste if taken on an empty stomach. Taking it with a meal (especially one with healthy fats) usually prevents any burping issues.

Question 3

Can I take this alongside other supplements, and is it safe during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, astaxanthin is generally safe to stack with vitamin D, fish oil, or a multivitamin—it doesn’t compete for absorption. However, if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication for blood thinning or immune conditions, please consult your doctor first. We recommend starting with one softgel daily and monitoring how you feel before adding more to your stack.

Question 4

What if I don’t notice any benefits? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our product, but returns are handled within 30 days of purchase and require contacting our support team. A few customers mentioned response times could be faster (up to 2 business days), so we recommend emailing us directly and referencing your order number. For best results, give the supplement a full 60–90 days—many benefits are cumulative and not immediate.

Question 5

How does this compare to cheaper astaxanthin brands, and why should I trust this one?

Accepted Answer

While some alternatives like BioAstin or Sports Research are also strong contenders, our formula uses Natural Microalgae sourced with non-GMO standards and is tested for purity (no artificial fillers, gluten, or shellfish). The 4-month supply pricing works out to be more cost-effective per milligram than many premium brands. That said, if you’re on a tight budget, you may find slightly cheaper options—but you’ll often sacrifice the clean sourcing and high potency per capsule that users consistently appreciate here.
