Question 1

How comfortable are they for all-day wear, and do they fit larger head sizes?

Accepted Answer

Most users find them comfortable for several hours of continuous use, similar to sturdy sunglasses. However, some with larger head shapes have noted pressure behind the ears during very long sessions (4+ hours). They are adjustable, but if you have a particularly wide head or are sensitive to pressure, it's something to consider. For typical use like travel, meetings, or vlogging sessions, comfort is generally praised.

Question 2

What's the real-world battery life, especially when using the camera or translation features?

Accepted Answer

Battery life varies significantly based on usage. For standby with occasional voice commands, you can expect a full day. Actively using features like continuous real-time translation or recording 4K video will drain the battery much faster—many users report needing a recharge after 2-3 hours of heavy use. It's perfect for capturing moments and translating conversations on the go, but not designed for non-stop filming all day without a power bank.

Question 3

Can I use prescription lenses with these glasses?

Accepted Answer

Currently, this model does not have a built-in prescription lens option or a slot for inserts. They are designed as non-prescription smart glasses. Many users who need vision correction choose to wear very thin contact lenses with them. We recommend checking our website for updates, as compatible prescription solutions may be offered in the future.

Question 4

How is the video and audio quality for vlogging in noisy places like airports or streets?

Accepted Answer

The 4K video quality gets excellent reviews for sharpness and the unique first-person perspective. The dual microphones with noise cancellation are great for isolating your voice in moderately noisy environments (like a busy cafe). However, as noted in some vlogger reviews, in extremely loud settings (e.g., next to a subway train), the audio can still pick up some background hum. For the best audio in chaotic environments, pairing with a separate, dedicated lavalier microphone is a pro tip.

Question 5

I'm worried about software bugs. Is the tech reliable, and is there good customer support?

Accepted Answer

This is cutting-edge tech, and like many first-generation AI products, occasional software glitches (e.g., app connectivity, translation errors) have been reported by early users. The company is actively releasing firmware updates to improve stability. Our customer support offers a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The consensus among happy customers is that if you're excited by the core features (translation, hands-free camera) and are somewhat tech-comfortable, the experience is rewarding. If you prefer 100% polished and bug-free gadgets, you might want to wait for a more mature version.
