Question 1

Is the pan truly non-stick, and how long does the coating last?

Accepted Answer

The pan features a PowerShield non-stick coating that performs well when used correctly. For best results and longevity, we recommend using only silicone, wood, or nylon utensils, avoiding high heat, and hand-washing with a soft sponge. While many users love the effortless release, some social media reviews note the coating can degrade if subjected to metal tools or abrasive cleaners, so proper care is key to durability.

Question 2

I have an induction hob. Will this pan work well on it, and does it heat evenly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this pan is fully compatible with induction, as well as ceramic (Ceran), gas, and electric stovetops. For induction users, a common tip from online reviews is to preheat the pan on a medium-low to medium setting for a longer period to help distribute heat more evenly across the four moulds, preventing hot spots in the center.

Question 3

The title says 26 cm, but how big are the actual cooking moulds? What can I realistically cook in them?

Accepted Answer

The 26 cm refers to the pan's total outer diameter. Each of the four circular moulds is designed to create a perfectly round portion, ideal for a standard fried egg, a small pancake, a blini, or a poffertje. It's perfect for portion-controlled, uniform breakfasts. If you're looking to cook large, full-sized pancakes, this pan is not the right tool, as many TikTok users have creatively noted.

Question 4

This seems like a niche product. Who is it really best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This pan is a fantastic fit for parents making fun breakfasts for kids, anyone who loves a neat and Instagram-worthy breakfast plate, or cooks who want consistent results without fuss. It's less suitable for those needing to cook large quantities quickly or for users who prefer the flexibility of a standard frying pan. Based on customer feedback, it's a "love it for its specific purpose" kind of kitchen tool.

Question 5

What should I do if my pan arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We're sorry to hear if that happens! While our packaging is designed for protection, occasional shipping damage can occur. Please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We have a straightforward process to resolve this, typically offering a replacement or refund, as verified by numerous reviewers who had positive after-sales experiences.
