Question 1

Do the CCA Phoenix IEMs come with a microphone, and are they suitable for gaming?

Accepted Answer

The CCA Phoenix does not include a microphone in the box, so they aren’t ideal for in-game chat without a separate mic. They were designed primarily for music listening, with a focus on deep bass and clarity. If you need gaming earbuds with a mic, many TikTok users recommend checking models like the Moondrop Chu (with mic version) or the 7Hz Zero 2 instead. For pure audio in single-player games, the Phoenix performs well thanks to its wide soundstage.

Question 2

How do I get a good fit? I’ve read the ear tips can be tricky.

Accepted Answer

Fit is the most common concern we hear from Reddit and YouTube reviews. The stock ear tips may not seal well for everyone. We suggest trying all three sizes included, or upgrading to third-party foam tips (like Comply or SpinFit) for a snugger seal. This also reduces cable noise when moving. Many users found that twisting the earpieces slightly forward helps lock them in place.

Question 3

Are the CCA Phoenix built to last? I’m worried about the connectors.

Accepted Answer

The full metal housing feels premium and should survive everyday drops, but the 2-pin connectors have drawn occasional complaints about looseness over time. We recommend handling the cable gently when disconnecting, and avoid yanking it out by the wire. If you experience connection issues within the first 30 days, contact us for a replacement—most reports are isolated and covered under warranty.

Question 4

How does the bass compare to other budget IEMs like the CCA CRA or Moondrop Chu?

Accepted Answer

The Phoenix is a bass-forward IEM with a sub-bass bump that stands out against the more balanced Moondrop Chu. It’s warmer and punchier than the CCA CRA, making it a good pick for EDM, hip-hop, and pop. However, if you prefer a neutral signature with clearer vocals, the Chu or Tangzu Wan’er may suit you better. Think of the Phoenix as the fun, energetic option in the budget IEM lineup.

Question 5

What’s the return policy if I don’t like the sound or fit?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If the sound signature or fit doesn’t work for you, just send them back and we’ll refund the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Many buyers recommend ordering a spare set of foam tips at the same time to test different seals—this can make a big difference to both comfort and bass response.
