Question 1

How accurate is the real-time translation in noisy places like airports or busy streets?

Accepted Answer

The translation performs best in quiet, controlled environments. In very noisy settings, the microphone can struggle to isolate speech clearly, which may impact accuracy. For critical conversations in loud areas, we recommend moving to a quieter spot or speaking clearly and closely into the built-in mic. Many TikTok users have shared tips like using the "push-to-talk" mode in the app for better results in crowds.

Question 2

Can I use the translation feature without an internet connection?

Accepted Answer

No, an active internet connection (via Wi-Fi or your phone's mobile data) is required for the AI-powered live translation to function. The headphones themselves do not store language packs offline. They connect via Bluetooth to the EUQQ app on your smartphone, which processes the translation in the cloud.

Question 3

What is the actual battery life when using the live translation feature constantly?

Accepted Answer

While the headphones offer an impressive 50+ hours for music playback, actively using the translation feature with the mic and app significantly increases power consumption. In continuous two-way translation mode, you can expect approximately 6-8 hours of battery life. For long travel days, we suggest keeping a portable charger handy.

Question 4

Are these headphones comfortable for all-day wear, especially if I wear glasses?

Accepted Answer

The memory foam ear cushions provide comfort for many users. However, fit is personal. Some users who wear glasses have reported that the clamping force can cause discomfort over the frames during extended, multi-hour use. If you wear glasses daily, you may want to consider this. The adjustable headband does help find a secure, but not always perfect, fit.

Question 5

Who are these headphones really best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are an excellent all-in-one solution for casual to frequent travelers who want a single device for music, calls, and *supplemental* translation help in quieter settings (e.g., hotels, restaurants, taxis). They are less ideal as a dedicated, high-stakes translation tool for noisy environments or critical business meetings. If your primary need is flawless, reliable translation, a dedicated translator device might be a better match.
