Question 1

How accurate are the heart rate, blood pressure, and SpO2 monitors? Can I use them for medical diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

The watch provides valuable insights into your general wellness and fitness trends, such as tracking heart rate during exercise or monitoring sleep patterns. However, like most consumer smartwatches, the blood pressure and SpO2 readings are not medical-grade. Many users on forums like Reddit note they are best for spotting general trends, not for precise medical data. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional for diagnosis or monitoring medical conditions.

Question 2

Is the watch truly comfortable for all-day, everyday wear? I have sensitive skin.

Accepted Answer

The included silicone strap is soft and adjustable for a secure fit, which most users love. However, a small number of reviewers with sensitive skin mentioned experiencing irritation after prolonged wear. If you have known sensitivities, you might prefer switching to a hypoallergenic third-party strap (the watch uses standard 20mm lugs). The watch case itself is lightweight and slim, with an elegant design that many TikTok users have praised for its comfort and style in daily life.

Question 3

What's the real-world battery life I can expect, especially if I use Bluetooth calling?

Accepted Answer

With typical use—including receiving notifications, continuous heart rate monitoring, and about 30 minutes of calls per day—most users report needing to charge every 3-4 days. If you use it more heavily with constant GPS-linked sports modes and frequent calls, you may need to charge every 2 days. Turning off features like constant SpO2 monitoring can extend battery life closer to the advertised week.

Question 4

I'm torn between this and a more expensive brand like Fitbit or Apple Watch. Who is this watch best for?

Accepted Answer

This watch is a fantastic choice if you want a stylish, feature-packed smartwatch with call functionality at a very accessible price point. It's perfect for fashion-conscious users, students, or anyone new to smartwatches who wants to explore health and connectivity features. If your top priority is clinically-validated health sensors or deep, seamless integration with a specific phone ecosystem (like iOS), investing in a specialized brand may be better. For the vast majority looking for great value and elegant design, this watch hits the mark.

Question 5

What if the watch doesn't fit my wrist, has an issue, or I simply change my mind?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund if you're not satisfied. The watch also comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Based on customer feedback, our support team is ready to help with setup questions—a common one is Bluetooth pairing, which usually just requires a quick restart of both devices if they ever disconnect.
