Question 1

I have larger hands. Will this mouse be comfortable for me?

Accepted Answer

The Ghost 30 is designed with a right-handed ergonomic shape that many find comfortable. However, based on community feedback from users with larger hands, some have found it to be on the smaller side, leading to a cramped feeling during long gaming sessions. If you have particularly large hands, you might want to consider a mouse with more pronounced palm support.

Question 2

Is the software fully functional on Mac?

Accepted Answer

For basic cursor movement and the standard button functions, yes, it is compatible with Mac. However, it's important to note that the advanced customization software for DPI settings and RGB lighting control is primarily built for Windows. Many Mac users on forums have reported that these premium features are not accessible on macOS.

Question 3

How durable is this mouse for daily gaming?

Accepted Answer

With an average rating of 4.2/5 from verified purchasers, most users report reliable performance. The build quality offers great value for its price point. For long-term heavy use, some Reddit users suggest that the main clicks may wear before a premium-brand mouse, but the general consensus is that it's a sturdy option for its category.

Question 4

What if I don't like it? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a standard return window for this product (please check the product page for the exact duration). If the mouse isn't the right fit for your grip or setup, you can initiate a return through your order page for a refund. The process is designed to be straightforward.
