Question 1

Is this charger truly compact and good for travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Its GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology is the key, allowing it to be significantly smaller and lighter than traditional 65W laptop chargers. Many users on tech forums and travel blogs specifically highlight how it's smaller than a standard MacBook charger, making it a perfect space-saver for bags and suitcases.

Question 2

Will it fast charge my specific smartphone, like a Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, or Nothing Phone?

Accepted Answer

It is designed to be universally compatible. The 65W USB-C Power Delivery (PD) protocol is widely supported. It will fast charge most modern Samsung, iPhone (with a USB-C to Lightning cable), Google Pixel, and Nothing phones. Reviews consistently confirm it delivers the expected fast charging speeds for these devices.

Question 3

I've heard the included cable isn't great. What should I know?

Accepted Answer

While the charger itself receives high marks for build, feedback on social media suggests the included USB-C cable is basic and some users find it short or less durable. For optimal 65W fast charging, especially for laptops, we recommend pairing the Adapto 65C with a high-quality, certified 100W USB-C to USB-C cable (sold separately) for the best and safest long-term performance.

Question 4

Is it normal for the charger to get warm, and is it safe for my laptop's battery?

Accepted Answer

A moderate amount of warmth during high-power charging (like at full 65W for a laptop) is normal for compact chargers and is not a safety concern. It incorporates standard protections like over-current and over-voltage protection. It is safe for PD-compatible laptops like MacBooks, Dell, HP, etc. However, as noted in some YouTube reviews, if you need to charge multiple devices at once, a multi-port GaN charger might be a better fit to distribute the heat and load.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the charger doesn't meet my needs?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for products in new condition. If you're unsure about compatibility or the single-port design, please check your device specifications or contact our customer support team before purchasing. They can help clarify if the Adapto 65C is the right solution for your specific setup.
