Question 1

Do the pods dissolve completely, or do they leave residue on clothes?

Accepted Answer

While designed to dissolve fully, some users, particularly with cold water cycles or certain front-loading machines, have reported residue. For best results, place the pod at the back or bottom of the drum *before* adding clothes. If you experience issues, a warm wash cycle typically improves dissolution.

Question 2

I've heard mixed things about cleaning strength. Are these pods good for stains and heavily soiled loads?

Accepted Answer

Feedback on cleaning performance varies. These pods are formulated for standard, everyday laundry (5-7kg). While they contain stain-fighting agents, users with heavy soil or set-in stains have reported better results with dedicated stain pre-treatments. For lightly to moderately soiled loads, they are generally effective.

Question 3

Is the floral scent very strong? My clothes don't seem to smell like anything after washing.

Accepted Answer

The floral aroma is designed to be light and fresh. Some users enjoy the subtle scent, while others find it too faint, especially in larger loads or when line-drying. The scent is not intended to be overpowering. If you're seeking a very strong, long-lasting fragrance, these may not meet that expectation.

Question 4

Are these pods safe and effective for high-efficiency (HE) front-loading washing machines?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are specifically designed to be low-sudsing and safe for both top and front-loading HE machines. The smaller size and concentrated formula are compatible with HE technology. Remember, a lack of visible suds is normal and desired in HE machines—it doesn't mean the product isn't working.

Question 5

What is your refund policy if I'm not satisfied with how they perform?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If the pods don't meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team directly via the seller's storefront or your order details. We'll be happy to review your experience and discuss a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
