Question 1

I've heard Berberine can upset your stomach. Does this formula cause nausea?

Accepted Answer

Some users, especially when starting, report mild stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach. This is a common initial response to berberine. To minimize this, we strongly recommend taking your capsule with a meal. Most users find this simple adjustment eliminates the issue, and their body adjusts within a week or two.

Question 2

How long should I take this before noticing an effect on my sugar cravings or energy levels?

Accepted Answer

While individual results vary, most consistent users report noticing a positive difference in cravings and more stable energy within 2-4 weeks. It's important to remember this is a dietary supplement designed to support your body's natural processes over time, not an instant "magic pill." Patience and daily consistency are key.

Question 3

What makes your "with Ceylon Cinnamon" formula different from regular Berberine?

Accepted Answer

We combine 500mg of Berberine HCl with 100mg of Ceylon Cinnamon because research suggests they may work synergistically to support healthy blood sugar metabolism. Ceylon Cinnamon is also prized for its purity. Many of our customers specifically seek out this combination, noting it's a key reason they chose Carlyle for a comprehensive, high-quality approach.

Question 4

Is this a replacement for my prescribed diabetes medication?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. This product is a dietary supplement, not a medication. It is intended to support overall metabolic health as part of a balanced lifestyle. You should never discontinue or alter your prescribed medication without consulting your healthcare provider. We recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a health condition or are on other medications.

Question 5

I have trouble swallowing large pills. How big are the capsules?

Accepted Answer

The capsules are a standard size for a 500mg supplement, but we acknowledge some find them sizable. If you have difficulty, you can carefully open the capsule and mix the powder into a smoothie or cool, non-carbonated beverage (it has a bitter, herbal taste). Many users on social media have shared this tip successfully. We ensure our capsules are vegetarian and easy to open for this purpose.
