Question 1

Are these capsules made with true Ceylon cinnamon, and why is that important?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Sundance capsules use 100% Ceylon cinnamon (*Cinnamomum verum*), which is often called "true" cinnamon. It's preferred by many health-conscious users because it typically contains lower levels of coumarin, a natural compound found in higher amounts in the more common Cassia cinnamon. This makes it a sustainable choice for daily, long-term supplementation as part of a balanced diet.

Question 2

I have trouble swallowing large pills. How big are these capsules?

Accepted Answer

We understand this concern, as some users on forums like Reddit have mentioned the capsule size. They are standard "00" vegetarian capsules, which some find manageable and others find large. If you have difficulty with pills, you can open the capsule and mix the pure cinnamon powder with food like oatmeal or a smoothie. This is a popular tip shared by other customers!

Question 3

How long should I take these before expecting to notice any benefits?

Accepted Answer

Dietary supplements like our cinnamon capsules are designed for consistent, long-term support rather than immediate effects. Most positive reviews mention taking them daily for at least 4-8 weeks as part of their routine before noticing subtle supportive benefits. They are not a quick fix or a replacement for a healthy lifestyle or prescribed medications.

Question 4

Can I take this supplement if I'm on medication for diabetes or other conditions?

Accepted Answer

We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medications like those for diabetes or blood thinning. While many users take our cinnamon capsules for general wellness, your doctor can best advise on compatibility with your personal health plan.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by the quality of our supplements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. We'll be happy to help you with a refund or exchange. Our goal is for you to feel confident and supported in your wellness journey.
