Question 1

How comfortable is this keyboard for all-day typing, and is the wrist rest removable?

Accepted Answer

It's specifically designed for long sessions! The ergonomic "wave" key layout promotes a more natural hand position, and the integrated memory foam wrist rest provides excellent support. Many users in reviews mention a significant reduction in wrist strain. Please note, the wrist rest is permanently attached to the keyboard for structural stability, not a separate piece.

Question 2

Is the mouse really as quiet as the keyboard, and how is the battery life?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the mouse clicks are very quiet, making the combo ideal for shared spaces. Regarding battery life: the keyboard is extremely efficient, often lasting over a year. However, based on user feedback, the mouse consumes batteries more quickly—typically lasting 1-3 months with daily use. We recommend using quality rechargeable batteries for the mouse for best value and convenience.

Question 3

I use a MacBook Pro (M1/M2/M3). Will all the features work with macOS?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The combo is plug-and-play compatible with macOS. The primary media keys (volume, play/pause) will work. However, please be aware that the keyboard backlight function keys (FN + F9/F10) and some other F-key shortcuts are designed for Windows and may not function on a Mac without third-party software.

Question 4

I've seen comments about the mouse disconnecting. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While the vast majority of users experience stable performance, a small number of reports indicate occasional mouse disconnections or scroll wheel issues. This can sometimes be resolved by ensuring the USB receiver is close and unobstructed, using fresh batteries, or trying a different USB port. Our product comes with a standard warranty, and our support team is here to help if you encounter any hardware problems.

Question 5

How sturdy is the built-in phone holder, and who would benefit most from this combo?

Accepted Answer

The phone holder is designed for lightweight smartphones (not tablets) and is perfect for holding your device for video calls or following recipes/instructions while typing. For optimal stability, we recommend placing lighter phones in the holder. This combo is a fantastic value for students, home office workers, and anyone who types frequently and wants an affordable, comfortable, and quiet setup with the added convenience of a phone dock. If your primary need is heavy gaming or you require a ultra-durable, performance-grade mouse, you might consider a specialized gaming peripheral.
