Question 1

Is this blanket truly a full/queen size, and will it shrink when I wash it?

Accepted Answer

The blanket measures 80" x 90", which provides full coverage as a top layer for a full or queen bed. It is made from 100% cotton muslin, which is a natural fabric that can experience some shrinkage. Based on customer feedback, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to minimize shrinkage. Some users note it fits perfectly after washing, while others find it becomes more of a generous throw size—so if you need it to drape fully over the sides of a deep mattress, you may want to size up.

Question 2

How warm and thick is it? I'm worried it might be too thin or see-through.

Accepted Answer

This is a lightweight, breathable muslin blanket, similar in weight to several layers of high-quality cotton sheets. It's designed for breathability, making it ideal for warm sleepers, summer use, or as a cozy layer in colder months. It is not a heavy quilt or weighted blanket. The fabric is woven densely enough that it is not see-through, offering solid coverage while remaining airy and soft.

Question 3

I've seen comments about wrinkles and snags. How durable is it, and how do I care for it?

Accepted Answer

The cotton muslin is very soft and durable for everyday use, but its loose weave can be delicate. To maintain its beauty, we recommend avoiding rough surfaces, Velcro, or pet claws that can cause pulls. It arrives vacuum-packed, so deep wrinkles are normal. A steam iron or a tumble dry with a damp towel will smooth them out beautifully. For care, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. It becomes even softer with each wash.

Question 4

Who is this blanket best suited for, and who might want to look for something else?

Accepted Answer

This blanket is a favorite among warm sleepers, those who love layered bedding, and anyone decorating with a boho, coastal, or casual chic style. It's perfect as a summer bedspread, a couch throw, or a lightweight guest room cover. If you are looking for a heavy, plush, or warming winter comforter, or need an ultra-durable blanket for heavy daily use with pets and kids, a thicker quilt or tighter-weave fabric might be a better fit.

Question 5

How do the colors look in person, and what's your return policy if it's not what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We strive for accurate photos, but screen variations can occur. The colors are generally described as rich and beautiful, though some social media reviewers note they can be slightly more muted or "vintage-toned" in person compared to bright screen images. We want you to love it! If the blanket isn't perfect for you, we offer a straightforward return policy.
