Question 1

Is the foot rest soft or firm?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as soft and supportive, with one noting it is "not too hard, not too soft" and slowly conforms to the shape of your feet. The listing says it uses high-density memory foam that balances soft comfort with firm support.

Question 2

Does it stay in place on the floor?

Accepted Answer

Yes, reviewers report it is non-slip and sturdy, with one saying it does not slide at all and another noting the bottom has good traction so it does not move when your feet are on it. The listing also states it has a non-slip bottom that stays secure on carpet, tile, or hardwood.

Question 3

Can I wash the cover?

Accepted Answer

Yes, reviewers mention that the outer cover can be removed and washed, and the listing states the cover is removable and machine washable.

Question 4

Does it help with back pain or posture?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer who sits at a desk about 8 hours a day said raising their feet up just a little made a massive difference to their posture and stopped their lower back from aching by the end of the afternoon. The listing also says it improves posture and circulation while reducing pressure and fatigue in legs and back.

Question 5

Can it be used as a rocker?

Accepted Answer

The listing says you can flip it for a gentle rocker that improves circulation, but one reviewer noted that while you can flip it upside down to use it as a rocker, it is clearly not meant to be used that way.
