Question 1

I have small ears. Will these earbuds fit securely, especially for workouts?

Accepted Answer

The P20i comes with three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M, L) to help you find a good seal. While many users with smaller ears find a comfortable fit with the small tips, some online reviews mention they can feel loose during vigorous activity. For the most secure fit possible, you can purchase third-party memory foam tips, which many Reddit users recommend for a custom, stay-put feel.

Question 2

How is the microphone quality for calls in noisy places like a busy street?

Accepted Answer

The dual-mic system with AI noise reduction excels in indoor or moderately noisy environments, and many TikTok creators have shown clear call demos. However, in consistently loud, windy conditions (like a construction site or a windy day), some users report that background noise can become noticeable to the person on the other end of the call. For everyday commuting and office calls, performance is great.

Question 3

Is the 30-hour battery life realistic, and how long does the case take to charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 30-hour total playtime (10 hours in the earbuds + 20 extra from the case) is consistently confirmed in customer reviews. Under typical use at medium volume, you can expect to achieve this. The USB-C charging case takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to fully recharge from empty.

Question 4

What's the real value here compared to more expensive brands?

Accepted Answer

The consensus across YouTube reviews and customer feedback is that the P20i delivers about 80-90% of the core audio and battery performance of earbuds twice its price. You're paying for excellent sound with strong bass, reliable battery life, and water resistance. The trade-off is in areas like premium case materials, seamless ecosystem features (like Apple's H1 chip), or absolute top-tier noise cancellation.

Question 5

What if I don't like them or have an issue? What's Anker's support like?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window through your place of purchase (like Amazon). Anker backs the Soundcore P20i with an 18-month warranty, which is longer than many competitors. General sentiment on forums indicates that Anker's customer support is reliable and responsive for legitimate hardware issues, often providing helpful troubleshooting or replacement services under warranty.
