Question 1

How secure are the sip lids? I'm worried about leaks at a party.

Accepted Answer

Most users find the lids snap on securely for typical use. However, based on social feedback, lid fit can be inconsistent in a large batch—a small percentage may feel looser. We recommend testing a few lids upon arrival. For maximum leak prevention during active events, avoid overfilling and don't shake or turn the cups upside down.

Question 2

Are these cups truly clear and sturdy, or do they feel cheap?

Accepted Answer

They are praised for their sturdiness and lack of flimsiness. While very clear for plastic disposable cups, some TikTok reviewers note they have a slight plastic haze and visible seam lines, not the absolute glass-like clarity shown in some marketing photos. They are designed to look upscale and hold their shape well when filled.

Question 3

Can I use these for hot drinks like coffee or tea?

Accepted Answer

No, these are specifically designed for cold beverages only. The plastic material (PET) is not heat-resistant. Using them for hot liquids can cause the cup to warp, soften, or potentially leak, and it's not safe.

Question 4

What should I do if some cups arrive damaged?

Accepted Answer

While the majority of orders arrive intact, occasional shipping damage is reported. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any cracked or crushed cups, contact the seller directly through your order page. They typically offer partial refunds or replacements for damaged items.

Question 5

Who are these cups best suited for?

Accepted Answer

They are a fantastic fit for hosts needing sturdy, good-looking cups for parties, small businesses serving iced drinks, or parents for kids' events. They are less ideal for someone needing a truly leak-proof travel cup for a car or backpack, or for buyers seeking a permanent reusable alternative. Many Reddit users in the home barista community love them for their iced coffee presentations.
