Question 1

Will these earbuds fit small ears securely, especially for activities like running?

Accepted Answer

The fit is highly individual. While many users find the included ear tips provide a secure, comfortable seal, we've seen feedback from those with smaller ear canals who struggle to get a snug fit during vigorous activity. If you have particularly small ears or plan to use them primarily for high-impact sports, you might want to consider brands that offer extra-small tip options.

Question 2

Is the "100Hrs Playtime" claim realistic for everyday use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it's important to understand the breakdown. The "100 hours" refers to the total cumulative playtime you get from the earbuds combined with the charging case. On a single charge, the earbuds themselves typically last between 8-10 hours at moderate volume, which is still excellent. The massive case battery is what gets you to the 100-hour total, meaning you can go weeks between charging the case with average use—a feature TikTok creators and reviewers consistently rave about.

Question 3

How is the build quality and durability? What if something stops working?

Accepted Answer

The majority of our customers report great durability for daily use. However, as with any electronics, isolated issues can occur. We stand by our product with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any defects in materials or workmanship within that period, please contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate a warranty claim. We recommend handling the charging case with care, as it's the component mentioned in rare durability concerns.

Question 4

What's your return policy if I'm not happy with them?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. If the earbuds aren't the right fit for you—literally or figuratively—you can return them in original condition for a full refund. This is the best way to test the comfort and sound for yourself risk-free, addressing the common pre-purchase question of "what if they don't fit?"

Question 5

Who are these earbuds best suited for?

Accepted Answer

These earbuds are a fantastic value for students, commuters, and casual listeners who prioritize incredible battery life and great sound without breaking the bank. They're perfect for long study sessions, workdays, or travel where frequent charging is a hassle. If your main activities are low to medium intensity (walking, gym workouts), they'll likely serve you well. They are not specifically designed as "sports earbuds" for elite athletes.
