Question 1

Do these sleeves fit larger fingers or swollen joints?

Accepted Answer

Fit can vary. Many users with average-sized fingers find them comfortable, but a common note from social media reviews is that if you have larger knuckles or swelling (like from arthritis), they may feel tight and tend to roll down when you bend your finger. For a secure fit in these cases, some users recommend sizing up or looking into adjustable finger bandages.

Question 2

I've heard about a strong smell. Is that true?

Accepted Answer

This primarily applies to the *scented* variants (like lavender). Many TikTok and Reddit users have mentioned the scent can be quite strong and artificial when first opened. If you're sensitive to smells, we highly recommend choosing the Clear (unscented) option. The scent does fade with airing out, but the unscented version avoids this issue entirely.

Question 3

How durable are they for daily tasks like gardening or dishwashing?

Accepted Answer

They offer great protection for everyday activities. Most users report they last for several weeks with proper care (rinsing and air-drying). However, for extremely abrasive tasks, the thin silicone can eventually wear thin or tear at the fingertip. For heavy-duty manual work, some reviewers suggest considering thicker rubber or nitrile cots as a more durable alternative.

Question 4

Can these actually heal my cracked fingertips, or do they just protect them?

Accepted Answer

They are designed primarily as protectors. By shielding the cracked skin from irritation, moisture, and dirt, they create an ideal environment for your skin to heal itself naturally. Think of them as a reusable, waterproof barrier—like a better bandage. They won't apply medication, but as many Amazon reviewers have shared, the protection they provide is often exactly what's needed for relief and healing.

Question 5

What's the best way to clean and reuse them?

Accepted Answer

It's easy! Just rinse them inside and out with mild soap and water, then let them air dry completely before storing or reusing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or high heat. Turning them inside out to dry ensures no moisture is trapped inside, which helps maintain hygiene and extends their lifespan.
