Question 1

I have sensitive teeth. Will these strips be too painful for me?

Accepted Answer

Our formula is designed to be enamel-safe and is a popular choice for those with sensitivity. However, experiences vary. Many users with mild sensitivity complete the treatment comfortably, while others find it too intense. We recommend doing a patch test with one strip for 30 minutes first. If you have a history of severe sensitivity, you may want to consult your dentist or consider using the strips every other day to ease into the treatment.

Question 2

How well do the strips stay on, especially if I have crooked teeth or gaps?

Accepted Answer

The strips are designed to adhere to most tooth shapes. For best results, ensure teeth are dry before application. Some users with significant crowding or gaps note the strips can slide or bunch slightly. A common tip from reviewers is to gently press and smooth the strips from the center outward and avoid talking or drinking while they're on to maximize adhesion and prevent the gel from moving.

Question 3

Is it true you see results in just 1 hour, and will it work on deep coffee or smoker stains?

Accepted Answer

The "visible results in 1 hour" refers to initial brightening that many users notice after the first use. For more significant, lasting whitening—especially on tougher stains—we recommend completing the full 7-day treatment. Most customers report excellent results on surface stains from coffee, tea, and wine. For long-term smoker stains, results can vary, and a full course is typically needed for noticeable improvement.

Question 4

What's the taste like, and are the ingredients vegan and cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

The strips have a strong, clean mint flavor designed to freshen breath during use. Some users love it, while others find it potent. Yes, our whitening formula is 100% vegan and cruelty-free—we do not test on animals. You can find the full ingredient list on the product packaging or our website for your review.

Question 5

What if the strips don't work for me or cause too much sensitivity?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is important. We offer a customer-friendly return policy within the specified window (please check your point of purchase for exact details). If you experience discomfort, we advise discontinuing use immediately. Many users who are sensitive find success by shortening the application time or spacing out treatments.
